Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle manual and energetic method of evaluating and treating the whole body targeting the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) while using light touch to manipulate soft tissue to bring balance to the cerebrospinal fluid and to stimulate the body to heal itself.
